South Shields travel to Shildon for their first away pre-season friendly of the schedule.
Elliott Dickman's Mariners go to Dean Street off the back of two successive 5-0 losses to Sunderland and Hartlepool respectively.
The last pre-season saw the Mariners travel to County Durham and run out 0-4 winners courtesy of a Joao Gomes brace.
Both sides look to put play-off blues behind them as the Railwaymen were defeated by West Auckland in the Northern League campaign.
Elliott's Thoughts
Mariners boss Elliott Dickman is looking to put the two big defeats aside and get his team to gel more.
"We are looking forward to our game tomorrow night against Shildon.
"It gives us another opportunity to work together as a team on a number of areas that we need to continue to improve upon both in and out of possession.
"The game is also really important for us to build on our team relationships and connections and transfer what we do in training and take into a 90-minute game."
